Gourmet food vendor refers to food made fresh on site. This is the most sought after stall holder type. Preference will be given to vendors who provide a minimum of one crab dish as part of their menu.
Continental food vendor refers to packaged food suppliers, which can be either consumed at the event or taken home for later. This does not need to be seafood related.
Mobile Food Vendor
Mobile food vendor refers to food vans designed for the purpose of preparing and cooking food on site within the designated vehicle.
Market stall holders are restricted to retail products or tourism providers.
Crab sales refers to fresh cooked crab sales and other packaged seafood options, which can be either consumed at the event or taken home for later.
Wineries and Breweries
Wineries and breweries wanting to take part in the Wines of the Regions area. Vendors must offer free tastings and the purchase of glass/bottles. Vendors will be in a shared licensed area with other similar businesses. The City will lodge a liquor license application on behalf of all licensees involved.
Workshop stallholder refers to a stallholder wishing to run activities and/or workshops. Preference will be given to art based workshops.
